Reimbursement Form

Waltham Youth Soccer supports player and coaching development. WYS will reimburse for completed coaching courses, coaches clinics, Tournament registrations, and Indoor soccer programs.

Coaching courses – 100% reimbursement

Tournaments – 50% of the team registration

Indoor Soccer – $300 per team per session.
