Jurgen Klinsmann advises that when working with younger players no matter what age group, speed and accuracy are key for player development.
Jurgen Klinsmann says that a key to team building is to understand as a coach that your role is to empower and inspire the players. A coach shouldn’t be yelling or correcting the players constantly, but instead allowing the players to make decisions on the field and learn from their mistakes.
Improve both feet. To be successful, it’s very important to be both footed. Get your players used to using both feet EARLY! U6 day one.
Your first touch is extremely important. It sets you up and gives you space and time. Get your team’s first touches down and you will also boost your players confidence.
